I started No Bull Home Services because I want to serve my neighborhood with the same professional touch I've used on homes across Central Texas over the past two decades. Big national franchises sell you a brand. I'm a neighbor striving to give you back time by simplifying home ownership. I want to be your one-call solution.

Today I'm a General Contractor with full insurance and a vetted network of subcontractors in every licensed trade (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical) — which means I'm not just the handyman who shows up with a drill. I can build your patio, install your gutters, take care of your home's exterior to include the lawn, and still be the guy who swaps your air filters every spring. I'm an Army veteran (Infantry). I live here. I work here. I'm a family man and youth sports coach with two kids, and you'll probably run into me at the ball field or the gym before you ever see me show up for a job.

Send me the inspection report. I'll bid every item on it — repair, replace, or "that's cosmetic, here's why" — and knock the whole list out on one invoice before closing. No chasing five trades for five bids while the option period burns.

Make-ready before it lists

Walk the property with me before photos. I'll give your seller a written repair scope with real numbers: what has to be fixed, what will show up on an inspection later, and what's not worth the money. Then I do the work.

Roof condition & repair estimate

Roof called out on the report, or you just need to know before you price it? I'll get on it, photograph it, and give you a repair-or-replace scope with a number attached — usually within 48 hours.

Hand your buyer or seller a home services plan and you earn every month they stay on it, for the first year. Nothing to track — I pay it out, you just make the introduction.

The closing gift that actually gets used.

Instead of a bottle of wine, set your buyer up on a plan from day one — prepay a full year, or just cover the first quarter and let them take it from there. They walk into a house where the lawn is already handled, the filters are on a schedule, and there's one number to call when something breaks.

Here's the part most agents miss: if you buy the gift, the referral credit still comes back to you. Prepay a year of the Homeowner plan and $240 comes back over the following twelve months — you paid $1,788 and net $1,548. Go All-In and it's $600 back on $4,548. The gift substantially pays for itself.

Prepaid clients also don't churn, so the credit runs all twelve months instead of stopping when someone cancels in March. Prepay locks their rate for the year, too — no increases mid-term. Tell me at closing and I'll invoice you or the client, whichever you'd rather.

Paid monthly for the first 12 months the client stays enrolled, starting after their first full month of service. Stack five All-In clients in a year and that's $3,000 you weren't earning before.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Hewitt, Texas (76643) and serve Hewitt, Waco and Lorena. The neighborhoods we're in most often are Walker Place, Moonlight Park and Bullhide Estates. If you're within about ten miles of Hewitt, we can get to you.

How much does lawn mowing cost in Hewitt?

Mowing starts at $49 for lots up to a quarter acre — that's mow, edge and blow. Quarter to half acre is $60. If you'd rather stop thinking about it, recurring biweekly mowing runs $79/month and weekly runs $129/month as part of a membership.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. No Bull is run by a licensed General Contractor and carries full insurance. For licensed trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical — we bring in vetted subcontractors who hold the right state license for that trade. You still only deal with one person: me.

Do you charge for estimates?

How are you different from a franchise like Neighborly?

No franchise fees, no call center, no rotating crews you've never met. No Bull is locally owned and operated right here in Hewitt. You get the owner's cell number, and that's the same number whether you need a TV mounted or a patio built.

Can one company really handle both my lawn and my home repairs?

That's the entire point. Lawn mowing, home cleaning, seasonal maintenance, light handyman work, errands, and full permitted construction — patios, pergolas, gutters. One number, every job, instead of four different contractors and four different bills.

Do you work with realtors on inspection repairs?

Constantly — it's a big part of what we do. Send the inspection report and we'll bid every item on it and complete the whole punch list on one invoice before closing. We also do pre-listing make-ready and roof repair estimates. There's a whole section for agents with a direct request form.

Do you perform home inspections?

No. We're a licensed General Contractor, not a TREC-licensed inspector — those are two different licenses and we stay in our lane. What we do is read someone else's inspection report and fix everything on it, or walk a property and give you a written contractor's repair scope with real numbers attached.

How quickly do you respond?
